VipTourEurope.com provides and manages an integrated online booking system and facilities that can serve Umrah service bookings, allowing you to search for information on Umrah travel packages you desire.
Our services are generally available online twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, except during times of website maintenance, upgrades, or improvements.
Travel packages are provided, supplied, and organized by third parties (“Partners”) who have established cooperation and direct agreements with us. You understand and acknowledge that:
Bookings made through VipTourEurope.com constitute a legal and binding contract between you and our Partners. In this case, VipTourEurope.com acts as an agent or intermediary responsible for facilitating transactions between you and our Partners.
The data and information related to specific travel packages listed on the website are data and information we receive from Partners, and we publish such data and information in good faith according to what we receive.
We do not control the data and information provided by our Partners, and we do not guarantee that the data and information presented are accurate, complete, or correct, and free from errors.
You are not permitted to resell our travel packages, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or provide travel package content or information, software, or services available on our website for any commercial activities or purposes without our prior written consent.
You may use the website and available services to make legitimate bookings. You are not allowed to make bookings for speculative, false, or illegal purposes. If we find that your order is invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You are also required to ensure that the data and information you provide to us, whether related to booking or registration on VipTourEurope.com, are accurate, current, and complete.
Booking & Payment Conditions
A booking is considered successful or complete once you make full payment to Amanah Iman as the official partner of VipTourEurope.com. We will issue and send a booking confirmation letter to you. However, in the event of a dispute or issue, the data on VipTourEurope.com will be the primary reference and considered valid.
Once you complete your booking, we consider you agree to receive: (i) an email that we will send shortly after your booking, providing you with information about the travel package you have booked, offering specific information and offers (including offers from third parties you have selected) related to your booking and destination, and (ii) an email that we will send inviting you to complete the travel package documentation.
When making a booking, the customer must have a passport with a validity of at least one (1) year at the date of departure and return. If you do not have a passport, it must be processed no later than 3 months before your departure date.
Pricing
We always strive to provide the best prices for travel packages that you can book. The prices listed may have specific terms and conditions, so you should check and understand the specific terms and conditions applicable before making a booking. You also need to check and understand the cancellation and refund conditions specifically applicable to certain travel packages.
Not all prices for listed travel packages include taxes, levies, fees, and other charges.
VipTourEurope.com reserves the right to change the price of a travel package based on information from Partners at any time, without prior notice if the travel package has not been booked. However, prices for booked travel packages that have received a confirmation letter will not change.
Payment
Payment for the booking price is a requirement for completing the transaction. We accept payment transactions through inter-account and inter-bank transfers to VipTourEurope.com’s bank account, and other payment methods listed on the website or application.
You must carefully follow the payment instructions we provide. Any errors in payment you make such as: (i) entering our account number or Virtual Account number as specified for each order; and/or (ii) errors in the amount of payment for your booking, resulting in funds being transferred to an incorrect account or Virtual Account, or your bank account being debited with an amount not in accordance with our payment instructions, resulting in your order not being confirmed, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to refund you due to errors or negligence on your part by not following our payment instructions, and such losses become your sole risk and responsibility. Furthermore, such payment errors cannot be considered as a valid payment for your order, so you must make the payment according to the instructions we provide to receive confirmation for your booking.
For every booking that we can confirm, we will send you a Confirmation Letter via email to the email address you have previously registered, containing details of the travel package and your booking, and payment confirmation.
You are responsible for keeping the information contained in the confirmation letter we have sent. We or our Partners have the right to refuse to provide the travel package if you cannot prove that you have legally made a booking and payment, and you release VipTourEurope.com from any liability and loss in any form.
Policy
All travel package bookings on VipTourEurope.com cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to others, except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling by the Partner for the booked travel package.
In the event of an Umrah Visa application failure due to Saudi Arabian government policies or other external factors beyond our and the Partner’s control (force majeure), it will not be the responsibility of us or the Partner. If such force majeure occurs, after the transportation and accommodation services related to the Umrah service are completed by the Partner, we will refund a portion of the balance of the pilgrims that has not been paid to the Partner.
If you wish to make changes or cancel your booking, please refer to the Confirmation Letter and follow the instructions contained therein. Please be aware that you may incur additional charges for cancellations according to the cancellation policy and terms.
We cannot deliver travel packages or provide services to you, and we are not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from matters beyond our or the Partner’s control. We cannot control events such as war, riots, terrorism, industrial disputes, government actions, natural disasters, fire or flood, extreme weather, and so on.
Security
When you make a booking or access your account information, you will use Secure Server Layer (SSL) access, which will encrypt the information you send through this website.
VipTourEurope.com will use its best efforts to ensure the security of your data. However, VipTourEurope.com cannot guarantee the strength or effectiveness of encryption and security of our systems. VipTourEurope.com will not be responsible for issues arising from unauthorized access and dissemination of the information you provide.
